This is the story of three orphans, Violet, Klaus and Sunny, who are taken in by some odd relatives after their very wealthy parents are killed in a mysterious fire that also claims the family’s beautiful mansion.

The orphans stay with herpetologist Montgomery Montgomery and grammar-wise Josephine Anwhistle but things get complicated when they are sent to their distant relative, Count Olaf (Jim Carrey), who proves to be as greedy as he looks and tries everything he can to steel the kid’s fortune.

Jim Carrey is absolutely brilliant as Count Olaf and uses the opportunity to show his comedic genious in all of the scenes he’s in.

A MUST for every Jim Carrey-fan and every Jim Carrey collection.
